Polished Concrete Flooring Wales

Concrete Polishing completed this polished concrete flooring project in Wales. Our client was in the early stages of their self-build. Polished concrete flooring was their preferred choice. The client opted for a modern silver grey rustic style finish. No aggregate was exposed.

Concrete Polishing undertook the tasks of supplying, placing as well as polishing the floor. A concrete pump, pumped the concrete into the desired location quickly and efficiently over the underfloor heating system. Contractors added a surface colour to the concrete, and this, therefore, created the desired silver-grey colour. Contractors lastly power floated the surface. And after 21 days curing time, the concrete slab was ready for contractors to begin the polished concrete flooring process at this project in Wales.

Contractors began by performing light grinding stages. Lighter stages ensured this process would expose no aggregate. Furthermore there were very minimal concrete repairs due to the floor being newly laid. Contractors finished the floor with a concrete sealer. This aided with stain protection and slip resistance. Lastly, this polished concrete flooring in Wales was completed by our team using the Husqvarna HIPERFLOOR® system throughout.
