Polished Concrete – Trowel Polishing

Trowel Polishing is a method used to create polished concrete flooring targeted predominantly for larger areas. Where normal remote grinding equipment would simply be to time consuming. 

To create polished concrete flooring using a trowel polishing method ride on power trowel equipment is used. The trowel polishing method is an ideal polishing solution for industrial, larger commercial and warehouse settings. Where a dust free, flat, fully functional flooring option is needed. 

A project that Concrete Polishing completed using a trowel polishing method was this large industrial unit in Northamptonshire.

 As you can see the existing concrete floor when placed by a different contractor suffered many imperfections. Concrete Polishing were instructed to restore the existing floor, due to the scale of the building a trowel polishing method was implemented.

On hand over our client was presented with a flat, dust free, fully functional and aesthetically pleasing polished concrete floor.
