We recently had the pleasure of working with Martin and his team from Concrete Polishing, and I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations. Our terrazzo floor had been poorly processed by a previous contractor, leaving us disappointed and unsure if it could be salvaged. However, Martin and his team transformed it into a floor of outstanding quality, proving their expertise and commitment to excellence.
From the very first contact, their professional communication stood out. They provided clear information, offered fair pricing, and maintained consistent updates throughout the project. Their responsiveness was impressive — they answered questions promptly and ensured the project moved forward without delays.
The turnaround time was quicker than we anticipated, yet the quality of the work remained exceptional. The attention to detail and craftsmanship Martin and his team demonstrated truly turned a key part of our house into something we can now take pride in.
If you're considering a terrazzo floor or need repairs, I cannot recommend Concrete Polishing highly enough. I only regret not opting for quality from the beginning, but thanks to Martin and his team, the issue has been resolved to the highest standard. Thank you for a job well done!

Martin and the team did a great job on our project in Gateshead. From the initial call, speaking with Martin, talking through the project, he advised me of the most cost effective solution which was a form of grinding the warehouse floor and applying a densities, it definitely saved me some ££ too!
The guys on site worked tirelessly to get the job done. They put some seriously long hours in to meet deadlines. They came across a lot of challenges with our floor as the top coat was not easy to grind down.
Can’t fault them at all. Hope to use them again very soon and much more moving forward.

I Highly recommend using Concrete polishing. We had an exposed agg polished concrete floor. We are over the moon with the results and the service provided.

Seen a few of Martins posts on LinkedIn a few years ago and started a self-build project last year and contacted him for a price.
Martin and all his staff were brilliant from Day 1. Pricing was straight forward & loved their honest approach about maybe finding it a touch cheaper but potentially paying twice.
Martin - A good honest guy, who knows his stuff who’s just trying to make a few quid in a market him & his lads know more than their fair share about.
The finish on the floors is perfect and is better than we’d imagined.
Would highly recommend.

We had a concrete roof terrace polished. This was a challenging job due to access issue. Martin persisted to overcome the challenges and achieved a very good result. I do not believe many businesses would have worked so hard to find a solution. Martin is very knowledgable and has a fantastic attitude. I would highly recommend this business.

Martin and his team recently installed a polished floor for us in our new build extension and we are delighted. Several things impressed us, in particular the teams' hard working professionalism and attention to detail. Team members, and Martin, worked on the floor out of hours, through the night and at the weekend to make sure the floor was perfect. The product is clearly of the highest quality and Martin has built up significant experience and expertise in delivering results with what can be a tricky - technical process. We can't recommend the company highly enough.

We are so grateful for the prompt and professional service provided by Concrete Polishing on the floor of our barn conversion. The hand laid concrete floor of our barn was in a shocking state but following the expert workmanship of the team from Concrete Polishing, and in the short time-frame before Christmas, it is now in excellent condition. We don't have any concerns and would recommend their service to anyone needing their advice and professional quality service.

Words cannot express how hard-working and dedicated this team are. We needed over 1000 square metres of rough concrete floor polishing in an industrial building and the results were magnificent. In fact the result of their work is the best feature of the whole site. A mirror-like sheen was achieved from a pretty ropey floor, defects in the floor were repaired and filled , including some pretty tricky and stubborn steel girders that had to be removed.
Delivering what they promised at very good value would have been enough, but these guys went the extra mile, fitting the work in to suit my timescales and working long hours to get it finished. They also gave lots of advice and recommendations to achieve the best outcome for me, meaning they cared about the customer. Cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish Martin and his team have been the most knowledgable, communicative, professional, timely and friendly trades people I have used during a large church conversion. Concrete polishing delivered on time too budget, the weather and time of year was terrible for laying a concrete floor but the team stayed on site 24 hours a day to ensure the final product was what was promised. This is a business you can trust to deliver.

Unbelievable job, Martin and his team have done.
